  • 2in piece of Ginger
  • 3/4 cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Tropical Turmeric Smoothie Blend
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Milk of your choice (cows, soy, almond, rice, ect)

Just like all other smoothies. Put all of the ingredients together in a blender.
