My mother put me on to this after reading a blog on it. I did take this with the turmeric capsules though. For the last 6 months, my energy levels had been low and I was suffering from constipation for the first time ever. I certainly was not feeling like myself. After 2 weeks of taking this combination diligently, I have to say the difference was noticeable. I certainly felt the detox occurring and I felt the toxins leave my body. I still have a little way to go to get back to my normal self, but I have more every and feel clean on the inside. I really recommend giving this a try. Thank you
