Iced Turmeric Honey Latte

The summer version of golden milk — cold, creamy, and ready in 2 minutes.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
• 300 ml oat milk (or milk of choice)
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
• ¼ tsp ground black pepper
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 cup ice cubes
Method
1. Make turmeric paste: Mix turmeric, honey, black pepper, and cinnamon with 2 tbsp warm water to form a paste.
2. Fill glass: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in oat milk.
3. Combine and serve: Stir in the turmeric paste until fully dissolved. Froth with a handheld frother if desired.
Tip: Make a turmeric concentrate ahead of time and store in the fridge. Shake with cold milk and ice when needed.
