Pineapple Turmeric Post-workout Smoothie

Ingredients

• 1 banana
• ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
• ½ teaspoon grated fresh turmeric
• ¼ cucumber
• ¼ pineapple
• 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
• juice of ½ lemon
• 1 scoop protein plus smoothie mix
• ½ cup of coconut water
• ½ cup of coconut milk

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy within 20 minutes post-workout.
