Collagen Boosted Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Kitchen Ready Collagen
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup grated apple
  • 1 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Fresh blueberries, sliced apple, and pumpkin seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, collagen, apple, raisins, almonds, almond milk, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir and top with fresh apple slices, blueberries, and pumpkin seeds.
