Tuna Quinoa Salad with Collagen Lemon Dressing

A protein-packed, refreshing bowl with tuna, quinoa, avocado, and collagen-boosted lemon dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Kitchen Ready Collagen
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ lemon (juice + wedge for garnish)
  • Handful fresh basil leaves
  • Dressing: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp honey, juice of ½ lemon, salt & pepper + collagen

Instructions

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients together.
  2. In a bowl, layer quinoa, tuna, avocado, and tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the top.
  4. Garnish with basil and serve fresh.
