Collagen Thai Garlic Prawns with Veggie Noodles

A bold, flavorful Thai-inspired dish with prawns, garlic, lime, and collagen tossed through fresh veggie noodles. Gluten-free and ready in 20 mins!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Kitchen Ready Collagen
  • 300g prawns, peeled
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 zucchini + 1 carrot, spiralised

Instructions:
Heat sesame oil, sauté garlic 1 min. Add prawns, cook 2–3 mins. Stir in soy, lime, and collagen. Toss with veggie noodles and serve.
