Creamy Collagen Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Kitchen Ready Collagen
  • 250g pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup toasted cashews
  • Splash of pasta water

Instructions:
Cook pasta, reserving some water. Stir collagen into pesto. Toss with pasta, spinach, tomatoes, and cashews. Add pasta water for creaminess.
