Turmeric Energy Balls

No-bake, high-protein snack balls with a golden anti-inflammatory kick. Batch once, snack all week.

Ingredients

β€’Β Β Β Β  1 cup rolled oats

β€’Β Β Β Β  Β½ cup natural nut butter (almond or peanut)

β€’Β Β Β Β  3 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

β€’Β Β Β Β  1 tsp turmeric powder

β€’Β Β Β Β  Β½ cup dark chocolate chips

β€’Β Β Β Β  ΒΌ tsp ground black pepper

β€’Β Β Β Β  ΒΌ tsp ground cinnamon

β€’Β Β Β Β  Pinch of salt

Method

1.Β  Mix ingredients: Combine oats, nut butter, honey, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

2.Β  Add chocolate chips: Fold in dark chocolate chips.

3.Β  Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes to firm up.

4.Β  Roll and set: Roll into 12 balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating.

Tip: If too dry, add more honey or nut butter. If too wet, add more oats. Keeps in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for 1 month.
