Summer Berry Collagen Ice Blocks
These collagen-infused ice blocks are the ultimate heat-beater — refreshing, fruity and great for skin hydration and recovery.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- Juice of ½ lemon

Method
