Collagen Matcha Almond Easter Bites

Serves: 8–10 bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine almond meal, matcha powder, and collagen protein powder.
  2. Add coconut oil, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll into small egg-shaped bites.
  5. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
