Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine almond meal, matcha powder, and collagen protein powder.
- Add coconut oil, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll into small egg-shaped bites.
