Turmeric Chia Pudding

Creamy overnight pudding with a golden glow — meal prep ready and naturally sweet.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

     4 tbsp chia seeds

     300 ml coconut milk

     1 tsp turmeric powder

     1 tbsp maple syrup

     ½ tsp vanilla extract

     ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Method

1.  Mix the base: Whisk together coconut milk, turmeric, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and black pepper until smooth.

2.  Add chia seeds: Stir in chia seeds. Mix well, then stir again after 5 minutes to prevent clumping.

3.  Refrigerate overnight: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours until thick and set.

4.  Serve: Stir before serving. Top with fresh mango, toasted coconut, or a drizzle of honey.

Tip: Shake or stir well before the overnight rest to ensure even distribution.
