Creamy Turmeric Pasta with Roasted Pumpkin and Sage

A nourishing twist on comfort food, with roasted pumpkin, turmeric and sage coming together in the most delicious way.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

• 200g pasta (your choice)

• 2 cups pumpkin, roasted

• 1 tsp Organic Turmeric Powder

• 1/2 cup cream or coconut cream

• 1 garlic clove

• 1 tsp butter or olive oil

• A few sage leaves (fresh or dried)

• Salt & pepper

Instructions:

1. Roast pumpkin until soft and golden.

2. Cook pasta. In a pan, melt butter/oil and sauté garlic, turmeric and sage.

3. Blend roasted pumpkin with cream and organic turmeric powder mix until smooth.

4. Stir through cooked pasta and season.
