Collagen Glow Bliss Balls

Serves 15

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1.25 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 4 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 small carrot peeled and diced
  • 3 serves Collagen Glow H2o
  • Shredded coconut to coat
  • Instructions:

    1. To a food processor, add the raspberries, oats, almonds, dates, carrots, and 3 serves of Collagen Glow H2o. Process until a dough is formed.
    2. Divide in 15 and roll in your hands. Roll in shredded coconut.
    3. Place in the fridge to firm up for at least 3 hours. Keeps for 5 days. Enjoy!
