It is early days for me but after a couple of weeks I can already notice an improvement in my joints. I have quite bad osteoarthritis. I'm awaiting surgery but there's lots of other issues that are inflammation related that stopped me in my tracks and cause a lot of pain as well. I could barely move when the capsules arrived. I was praying for them to arrive. within a few hours of taking the first dose I noticed I was feeling loose and moving more whilst I still have a lot of pain and a lot of restriction I'm able to spend time in the garden which I love and at my easel which was becoming painful both to sit at and to use my arms at so that's what the photos are about. I don't know how you show a medication in action but I can show you the result of me taking these particular supplements because I was doing very little before then unless I was using heavy painkillers like endone. Which I still need from time to time but nothing like as much so yes I think they're terrific and I'm very pleased with them. I'm nearly finished the first bottle so in a couple of months I'll be ordering more.

I am 59, I was diagnosed with onset arthritis in both my knees March 2022. I had to give up my work as the pain worsened especially when using stairs.
