I have definitely found out though having had rhinovirus couple weeks ago ,it didn't go to my chest ,and l didn't feel really sick ,l put this down to the viraguard ,l was at a venue for 4 days ,people where coughing l didn't get sick ,so lm staying on this product, very happy .

Highly recommend this, I've been taking it for quite a while now, decided to stop it before Christmas last year thinking flu season was over. Was I wrong, got quite sick with the flu, had not been sick for ages while taking the viraguard, so from now on I'm never going to stop taking it
