To be honest I’m am suffering from severe arthritis in my hip and have been taking the turmeric for several months now with no noticeable affect.
been taking for a while now , always feel good and healthy.
I feel that this is working for me take two capsuls a day & no arithric pain on my fingers
I am 58 and I had a few aches and pains in knees (early mild arthritis in one knee) shoulders and hips , and after the first 2 weeks they disappeared, very happy with the product, to be honest wasn't expecting to get these results, pleasantly surprised.
The arthritis in my hand seems a lot more bareable since I started on these
My issue with the capsules is that they are too big for me to swallow so I have not been able to take them for long enough to see if they work

I think i just had a bad reaction to the tablets as after taking for 2 days I felt really sick, head achey so stopped taking them and purchased my usual tumeric.
Capsules so much better than tablets ... & better for my stomach.
The ginger is a great idea .... & they actually smell like Tumeric.

25 drops under the tongue - that you can’t really feel so you’d have to do it in front of a mirror - or 1ml but no measurements on the dropper makes taking it more difficult than it needs to be. Has no real taste, but it’s an oily sensation … jury is out on this product. First off I’d be changing the way you use it
The shell flavoured gutsy is less palatable than the pineapple one.
