I bought the Moringa Capsules because as I read what it could help, I realised it was me down to a T. After 2 days I noticed my swollen ankles were gone, I was sleeping through the night and best of all, my frozen shoulders that were only able to get to the horizontal position were now pain free and looser. I have now had it for a while and can lift my arms to the ceiling. Yes I still have a way to go but will continue taking these and will recommend them to anyone. So glad I found out about them ☺️
