Hi, my smart plate cookbook is sitting here on my desk. These days i do very little home cooking. My kitchen is well overdue for a major renovation, due to very bad foundations, this would be a major back end rebuild of my 109 year old house, that i am not too keen to undertake. This would cost me a very large amount of my savings. Needing to have tradies in my house for several weeks, does not appeal to me. So i sort of try to purchase those meals, mostly from Woolies ready to pop in my gas oven & heat up. Some of them are OK whereas others are lacking in protein & do not help with type 2 diabetics, thanx bye...
