These are my favourite supplements. The Magnesium is the best thing I have tried on my legs at night to stop the spasms and I the turmieric helps with my bloating.

A good product as easy to use. A few drops into a morning smoothie and It doesn't alter the taste of the smoothie.

Good to take when theres no sunshine or carnt get outside

25 drops under the tongue - that you can’t really feel so you’d have to do it in front of a mirror - or 1ml but no measurements on the dropper makes taking it more difficult than it needs to be. Has no real taste, but it’s an oily sensation … jury is out on this product. First off I’d be changing the way you use it
