Brown Sugar Turmeric Stuffed Chicken

Spin a twist on the usual stuffed chicken with brown sugar sauce and turmeric to surprise your guests at your next Christmas gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg Whole Chicken
 - 2 tbsps Olive Oil
 - 2 tbsps McCormick® Turmeric, Ground
 - 4 twists, McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
 - 200 g Sweet Potato (cut into wedges)
 - 2 tbsps Olive Oil
 - 0.5 tbsp McCormick® Thyme Leaves
 - 4 twists, McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder
 - 4 twists, McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
 - 240 g McCormick® Grill Mates® Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
 
METHOD:
- 
In a small mixing bowl, add olive oil, McCormick® Ground Turmeric and Sea Salt and stir them into a paste-like texture.
 - 
Rub turmeric paste all over chicken and leave it to chill from 10-24 hours.
 - 
In a separate bowl, sprinkle McCormick® Thyme Leaves, Black Pepper, Sea Salt and olive oil on sweet potato wedges and mix well.
 - 
Stuff sweet potato wedges into chicken.
 - 
Pre-heat oven to 190°C and once ready, place chicken into oven.
 - 
Bake for 10-15 mins, bring out chicken to brush on with McCormick® Grillmates® Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce every 5 mins for the next 10-15 mins till the chicken turns a golden brown.
