Golden Broth Soup

A gut-healing, immune-supporting broth you can have on the table in 15 minutes.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
β’Β Β Β Β 750 ml chicken or vegetable broth
β’Β Β Β Β 1Β½ tsp turmeric powder
β’Β Β Β Β 3 garlic cloves, minced
β’Β Β Β Β 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
β’Β Β Β Β 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
β’Β Β Β Β ΒΌ tsp ground black pepper
β’Β Β Β Β Pinch of salt
Method
1.Β Simmer the broth: Pour broth into a saucepan. Add garlic and ginger. Bring to a gentle simmer (approx. 5 min).
2.Β Add turmeric: Whisk in turmeric and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.Β Finish: Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt. Taste and adjust.
4.Β Serve: Ladle into bowls. Serve with crusty bread or add rice noodles to the broth.
Tip: Use high-quality broth β it's the base of everything here. Add shredded chicken, noodles, or greens for a full meal.
