• When does the EOFY Sale start?

  Newsletter subscribers receive exclusive early access from Thursday 26 June

• When does the EOFY Sale end?

  The sale finishes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 30 June 2026.

• Can I place an order after the sale ends and still receive the discount?

  No. All EOFY offers end at midnight on 30 June. No late orders, rain checks or
  extensions will be accepted.

• Can free shipping offers be applied after the sale ends?

  No. Free shipping promotions are only available during the advertised sale
  period and cannot be extended once the sale has finished.

• Can I use another discount code with an EOFY offer?

  No. EOFY offers cannot be combined with any other discount code,
  promotional offer, loyalty reward, welcome discount, subscription discount or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Can I return a sale item?

  EOFY sale items, clearance items and short-dated stock are final sale and
  cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

• What does "short-dated stock" mean?

  Short-dated products are items with a best before date that is approaching.
  These products remain safe and suitable to use when stored correctly,
  however they are offered at heavily reduced prices and are therefore not
  eligible for return, refund or exchange.

• What if my free gift arrives damaged or isn't working?

  Free gifts are provided as a complimentary bonus and are not covered under our standard product guarantee. If you would like a replacement sent, we are happy to arrange this, however postage costs will need to be covered by the
  customer.

• Can I earn loyalty points on my EOFY purchase?

  Yes, eligible purchases will earn loyalty points provided you are already a
  registered member of our loyalty program at the time of purchase.

• Do you offer Afterpay?

  Yes. Afterpay is available on eligible purchases, allowing you to spread the cost of your order over instalments.
