- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- ½ cup flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the banana.
- Whisk in egg, milk, turmeric, and cinnamon.
- Stir in flour until smooth.
