  2. Whisk in egg, milk, turmeric, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in flour until smooth.
  4. Heat a greased pan on medium heat.
  5. Pour batter to form pancakes, cooking 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Stack and serve with banana slices, berries, or honey drizzle.
