Turmeric Coconut Panna Cotta
Smooth, creamy, and lightly spiced — this panna cotta is a golden twist on the classic Italian dessert. With coconut milk for a rich base and turmeric for an earthy, anti-inflammatory lift, it’s elegant enough for dinner parties yet simple enough to make on a weeknight.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp gelatin (or agar-agar for vegetarian option)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, gently warm the coconut milk, turmeric, honey, and vanilla (do not boil).
- Stir in gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Pour into moulds or serving glasses.
- Refrigerate overnight until set.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruit or toasted coconut.
