Turmeric Banana Bread

Turmeric Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl, then mix in egg and honey.
  3. Stir through flour, turmeric, and baking powder until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a lined loaf tin and bake for 35–40 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly before slicing.
