Turmeric Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl, then mix in egg and honey.
- Stir through flour, turmeric, and baking powder until combined.
- Pour batter into a lined loaf tin and bake for 35–40 minutes.
