Turmeric Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add Greek yoghurt, turmeric, garlic, lemon juice, and salt to a bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth and evenly coloured.
  3. Cover and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
