Turmeric Chickpea Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, and spices until fragrant.
