Turmeric Chocolate Granola Bars

Ingredients (Makes 8 bars)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Australia Organic Turmeric Powder
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews, chopped)
- ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, turmeric, honey, and coconut oil until coated.
- Spread on tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway. Let cool slightly.
- Press mixture firmly into a lined tin to form a slab. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and spread evenly over the top. Chill again until set.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
