Turmeric and Coconut Overnight Oats

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut

- Fresh coconut chunks, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a jar, mix oats, coconut milk, turmeric, shredded coconut, and maple syrup.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, stir well, top with fresh coconut chunks, and enjoy chilled.
