Turmeric Roasted Nuts
A crunchy, golden snack that’s full of flavour and goodness. These turmeric-spiced roasted nuts are the perfect mix of savoury and warming spice — ideal for when you need a wholesome pick-me-up.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Toss nuts with olive oil, turmeric, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread on a baking tray and roast for 15 mins, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
