Turmeric Roasted Nuts

A crunchy, golden snack that’s full of flavour and goodness. These turmeric-spiced roasted nuts are the perfect mix of savoury and warming spice — ideal for when you need a wholesome pick-me-up.

Turmeric Roasted Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Toss nuts with olive oil, turmeric, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 15 mins, stirring halfway through.
  4. Let cool slightly before serving.
