Collagen Banana Pancakes
Fluffy, golden pancakes with a protein boost — these are perfect post-workout or as a nourishing breakfast. Naturally sweet, easy to make and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup oat flour
- 1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp turmeric (optional for colour + benefits)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Coconut oil (for cooking)
Method
- Mash banana and mix with the egg.
