Collagen Banana Pancakes

Fluffy, golden pancakes with a protein boost — these are perfect post-workout or as a nourishing breakfast. Naturally sweet, easy to make and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop Collagen Protein Powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric (optional for colour + benefits)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Coconut oil (for cooking)

Method

  1. Mash banana and mix with the egg.
  2. Add oat flour, collagen powder, baking powder, turmeric and cinnamon.
  3. Cook small pancakes in a lightly oiled pan until golden on both sides.
