Anti Inflammatory Turmeric Tea

Ingredients
• 2 cups water.
• 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric.
• 1 teaspoon grated ginger.
• 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup.
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Instructions
- Step 1. Add all ingredients besides the lemon juice to a small pot on medium heat.
- Step 2. Allow the tea to simmer lightly for 5-10 minutes.
- Step 3. Take the pot off the heat and stir through the lemon juice.
- Step 4. Strain tea through a sieve and into two glasses.
