Ingredients
• ½ teaspoons of turmeric powder
• 1 banana
• ½ cup of celery
• ½ cup cucumber
• ½ teaspoon ginger
• squeeze of lemon juice
• 1 cup of coconut water
Instructions
For a blender:
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend.
For a juicer (cold press only):
Put the banana, celery, cucumber, and ginger into the juicer. Add coconut water to taste at the end.
This is particularly effective for relieving pain and inflammation from sore joints, menstrual cramps or as a post work out repair for your muscles.
