Ingredients (Makes ~12)

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup desiccated coconut

2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of black pepper

2 tbsp water (as needed)
Instructions

Blend oats, coconut, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a food processor.

Add nut butter and maple syrup. Blend again.

Add water, one tbsp at a time, until the mix sticks.

Roll into balls and coat with coconut. Chill for 30 minutes.
