Turmeric Coconut Bliss Balls

A quick, no-bake snack that’s naturally sweet, energising, and golden with turmeric. Perfect for a mid-morning boost or a healthy treat on the go.

  • Turmeric: Anti-inflammatory and immune-supportive

  • Coconut & oats: Fibre and healthy fats for steady energy

  • Nut butter: Plant protein to keep you full longer

 Ingredients (Makes ~12)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 2 tsp Turmeric Australia Organic Turmeric Powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 2 tbsp water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Blend oats, coconut, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a food processor.

  2. Add nut butter and maple syrup. Blend again.

  3. Add water, one tbsp at a time, until the mix sticks.

  4. Roll into balls and coat with coconut. Chill for 30 minutes.
