Ingredients (Makes ~12)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp Turmeric Australia Organic Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp water (as needed)
Instructions
- Blend oats, coconut, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a food processor.
- Add nut butter and maple syrup. Blend again.
- Add water, one tbsp at a time, until the mix sticks.
- Roll into balls and coat with coconut. Chill for 30 minutes.
