Turmeric Rosemary Lamb Chops with Garlic Herb Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 8 lamb cutlets (French-trimmed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Turmeric Australia Organic Turmeric Powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the herb sauce:
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Marinate lamb: Mix oil, turmeric, garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper. Coat lamb and rest 30 mins.
- Cook lamb: Heat grill or pan to medium-high. Add rosemary sprigs. Cook chops 3–4 mins per side (medium-rare) or to preference. Rest for 5 mins.
- Make sauce: Blend parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and salt into a paste.
- Serve: Plate lamb with a spoon of herb sauce and a side of roast veggies or salad.
