Golden Flu-Fighting Soup
Feeling run-down or just need something to warm you from the inside out? This nourishing bowl does it all—gently supports your immune system with turmeric, garlic, and ginger, while giving you that cosy, cared-for feeling only real food can.

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
• 1 small brown onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
• 1 tsp Organic Turmeric Powder
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
• 1 carrot, diced
• 1 celery stalk, diced
• 1 small sweet potato, peeled and chopped
• 4 cups vegetable or chicken stock
• 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional)
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Sea salt to taste
• Fresh coriander or parsley, to serve
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft.
2. Add garlic, ginger, Organic Turmeric Powder, cumin, black pepper, and cinnamon. Cook until fragrant.
3. Stir in carrot, celery, and sweet potato. Mix well.
4. Add stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add coconut milk and lemon juice. Simmer another 2–3 minutes.
6. Season to taste, blend if preferred, and top with fresh herbs.
