Hidden Collagen Bolognese

A classic comfort dish with a functional health twist. Sneaky veg, rich tomato sauce, and collagen magic. No one will know it’s healthy.

Ingredients (Serves 3–4):

β€’ 1 tbsp olive oil

β€’ 1 onion, garlic

β€’ 1 carrot + zucchini, grated

β€’ 500g beef or plant mince

β€’ 1 can crushed tomatoes

β€’ 2 tbsp tomato paste

β€’ Β½ cupΒ Collagen Protein Powder

β€’ Oregano, basil, salt, pepper

β€’ Pasta to serve

Instructions:

1. SautΓ© veg. Add mince. Cook until browned.

2. Add tomatoes, paste, herbs. Simmer 20–30 mins.

3. Stir in collagen. Serve over pasta.
