β’ 1 onion, garlic
β’ 1 carrot + zucchini, grated
β’ 500g beef or plant mince
β’ 1 can crushed tomatoes
β’ 2 tbsp tomato paste
β’ Β½ cupΒ Collagen Protein Powder
β’ Oregano, basil, salt, pepper
β’ Pasta to serve
Instructions:
1. SautΓ© veg. Add mince. Cook until browned.
2. Add tomatoes, paste, herbs. Simmer 20β30 mins.
