Hidden Collagen Bolognese
A classic comfort dish with a functional health twist. Sneaky veg, rich tomato sauce, and collagen magic. No one will know it’s healthy.

Ingredients (Serves 3–4):
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, garlic
• 1 carrot + zucchini, grated
• 500g beef or plant mince
• 1 can crushed tomatoes
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• ½ cup Kitchen Ready Collagen Powder
• Oregano, basil, salt, pepper
• Pasta to serve
Instructions:
1. Sauté veg. Add mince. Cook until browned.
2. Add tomatoes, paste, herbs. Simmer 20–30 mins.
3. Stir in collagen. Serve over pasta.
