One Pot Chicken and Rice with Collagen

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 onion, diced

• 1 garlic clove

• 1 cup brown rice

• 2 cups chicken broth

• 1 cup shredded chicken

• ½ cup peas

• Salt & pepper

Instructions:

• Sauté onion, garlic. Add rice and broth. Simmer 35–40 mins.

• Season and serve.
