One Pot Chicken and Rice with Collagen

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 cup brown rice
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup shredded chicken
• ½ cup peas

Instructions:
